1.What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards, as well as PayPal (need to check that)

 

2.Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only collected for items shipped to California, other states do not apply. If it is an international order, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

3.How long does it take to get my order?

Generally it takes 2-3 weeks. Shipping time varies depending on method and location.

 

4.How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email, or check the My Account section on the website.

 

5.Is shipping free?

All orders $200 or higher receive free standard shipping to US domestic locations.

 

6.Do you ship internationally?

7.Packaging

All items are wrapped in tissue paper and will be delivered in a beautiful Bazooka Grooves gift box or pouch, which can be used as a jewellery storage box to protect your new pieces.

1. What is your return policy?

We wish for you to shop and to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. We gladly accept items that are free of scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.

 

2. How do I return an item I have purchased?

Contact us at info@bazookagrooves.com to get a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation). and we will start processing your return.

 

3. If I paid for shipping and return my item, do I receive a refund on the shipping fee?

No, the shipping fee is non-refundable. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the shipping date. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@bazookagrooves.com.

 

4. Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all Bazooka Grooves products. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of each product. That said, we expect owners to properly care for their pieces. Our warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse.

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.

 

5. How long will I have to wait for a refund?

Please allow 3-7 days for your credit to be processed after the item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.

1. Where is your jewelry made?

We are based in Los Angeles, California and San Antonio, Texas. We work with a sustainable casting company in downtown Los Angeles to handcraft each and every piece. All our models are made in 3D using Rhino.

 

2. What is the best way to care for and clean my jewels?

Use warm soapy water only and soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use ultrasonic or steam cleaning. Avoid extreme temperatures, cosmetics, household chemicals and perfumes. Avoid contact with water. Remove all jewelery before showering or conducting household tasks such as cleaning.

Polishing metal components with a soft cloth after each use and storing your jewels in a protected place will ensure longevity.

Our silver jewelry are made in Sterling Silver. Sterling Silver can be polished quickly with a soft silver polishing cloth.

 

3. Can I resize my ring?

Certainly. We offer free ring sizing. Email us at info@bazookagrooves.com for any sizing questions or concerns.

 

4. What if I don’t know my ring size?

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler. Here’s a great online resource you can also use in a pinch.

 

5.What if my ring doesn’t fit?

We are happy to size a ring or exchange it for another size in the event a piece you ordered doesn’t fit. Return postage is not provided in the event an items needs resizing, but the sizing or exchange is done at no charge.
